Rosie and Rob Betz of Crestwood, Mo., announce the birth of their son, Evan John Betz. Evan was born Feb. 24, 2021, at Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis at 4:04 p.m., weighing 9 lbs., 2 oz. and measuring 21.5 inches.  Evan joins brother Logan, 4, and Clarice the Cat, 6. Paternal grandparents are Barb and John Betz of Pacific, Mo. Maternal grandparents are Ed and Kathi Weilbacher of Waterloo. Great-grandparents are Georgene Garvey of Eureka, Mo., and Janet Heberer of Waterloo.
