Michael and Catherine Bess of Troy announce the birth of their son, Oliver Michael Bess. Oliver was born Feb. 7, 2021, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis at 3 p.m., weighing 8 lbs., 12 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches.  Oliver joins brothers Evan, 9, and Trevor, 7. Paternal grandparents are the late David E. and Mary Jane Bess. Maternal grandparents are Bruce and Deborah Cummins of Waterloo.
