Emergency personnel responded about 6:55 p.m. Wednesday to a two-vehicle crash on the Route 3 northbound ramp onto I-255 northbound in Columbia.
Dispatch reports indicated both vehicles came to rest off the roadway and were partially submerged in water. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Responding agencies included the Columbia Police Department, Columbia EMS and Columbia Fire Department.
