Sunday night house fire south of Waterloo

The Red Bud Fire Department responded about 10:55 p.m. Sunday to a house fire reported at 6562 Crook Road.
Smoke was showing from the structure upon emergency responder arrival, but there were no flames. The fire appeared to be electrical in nature.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene.
