Sunday crash near New Athens

The Hecker Fire Department responded shortly before 11:10 a.m. Sunday along with police and EMS personnel to a single-vehicle crash with possible injuries in the 6400 block of Route 156 between Probst Road and Kaiser Road in rural St. Clair County.

The vehicle involved was a maroon sedan, per initial 911 dispatch reports.
