Columbia Police

Jan. 16

A possible report of road rage at about 6:30 p.m. involving a pickup truck and car in the area of Route 3 and Southwoods Drive was unfounded.

Missouri Highway Patrol

Jan. 13

Shortly after 11:30 a.m., a two-vehicle injury crash occurred on Highway 19 at Highway H in Winona, Mo., located west of Poplar Bluff, involving a local man. A 2012 Chevrolet truck driven by Daniel D. Bailey, 60, of Waterloo, pulled into the path of a 2005 Pontiac driven by Doyle F. Rowland, 62, of Winona. A passenger in the Pontiac, 57-year-old Robert J. Rowland of Winona, was transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Jan. 8

Page N. Duck, 25, of Cahokia Heights, was arrested on Old Route 3 in Columbia on a Monroe County warrant for failure to appear for driving while license suspended and no insurance. 

Jan. 9

Carolyn L. Brown, 45, of Granite City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant on Route 159 just north of Braun Road. 

Jan. 13

Lucas M. Hoffman, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested in the 400 block of South Church Street in Waterloo on six Monroe County warrants: possession of a controlled substance, DUI-drugs, improper lane usage, driving while license suspended and two counts of driving while license revoked-DUI.

Jan. 14

Beth A. McCoy, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested on Monroe County warrants for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. 

Waterloo Police 

Dec. 26

A 17-year-old male from Smithton was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis (driver) and a headlight violation on South Market Street at Columbia Avenue.
