Jennifer Lynn Hart and Robert Richard Dieterle of Waterloo have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of William and Ann Hart of Waterloo, and Lana Mueller of Waterloo. She is a 1994 graduate of Waterloo High School and is employed as an assistant manager of the Waterloo U-Gas.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Richard and Dianne Dieterle of Waterloo. He is a 1993 graduate of Waterloo High School and is employed as an electrician and fiber optic technician at Aschinger Electric.
The couple are planning a May 11, 2013, wedding.

Tammy is an award-winning Graphic Artist for the Republic-Times. She has worked at the newspaper for almost 15 years, while her and her husband Norman, of 34 years, are owners of Sunderman's Garage in Columbia. She enjoys photography and her five grandchildren.
