On Halloween night, the Village of Hecker will host its annual Halloween Kick-Off Party at Hecker Community Center. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m., and there will be a costume contest and games open to kids ages 14 and under. Free food will be served. Hecker Community Center is located at 230 E. Washington Street.
