Hosted by local churches, the City of Waterloo, Monroe County EMS, Waterloo Police Department and Waterloo Fire Department, a trunk or treat event takes place Halloween night on Main Street outside of the courthouse in Waterloo.

The event runs from 6-8 p.m.

Hotdogs, popcorn and drinks donated by local businesses are provided free of charge to children.
