Counterfeit bill passed in Columbia

Columbia police were notified around 4:30 p.m. Friday that a counterfeit $100 bill was received at the Columbia Schnuck’s location. The suspect, described as a black man wearing a black hoodie, was not allowed to purchase anything at the store with the fake bill.

This suspect was last seen walking toward McDonald’s in Columbia, but was never located.
