Carolyn A. Cummings, 77, of Belleville, died May 17, 2014 in Belleville.

Carolyn is survived by husband Richard A. Cummings of Belleville; children Linda (Russell) Buhr of Caseyville, Deborah (Tim) Green of Richford, Vt., Laura (Gerald) Miller of Waterloo, James A. (Angie Teitrine) Cummings of Lenzburg, Michael D. (Donna Boyle) Cummings of New Athens, Lori A. (Steven) Coleman of Belleville, Susan K. (Scott) Karfs of Belleville and Beth A. (Dan) Hopkins of Tilden; 21 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was May 19 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville.

Funeral services took place May 19 at the funeral home.

Interment followed at Zoar UCC Cemetery in New Hanover.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
