Tiffany Battin of Waterloo and Mark Taylor of Madonnaville announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jeff Battin and Tammy Hagely of Waterloo. She is a graduate of Waterloo High School and Lindenwood University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is employed as an early childhood special education teacher with the Columbia School District.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jim Taylor and Patti Taylor of St. Louis. He is a graduate of Oakville High School, St. Louis, and Linn State Technical College with an associates degree in heavy equipment technology. He is employed as a service technician at W.M. Nobbe & Company.

The couple are planning a May 28, 2016, wedding.
