Elizabeth Rose “Rosie” Weilbacher is engaged to Robert William Betz, both of St. Louis.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Ed and Kathi Weilbacher of Waterloo. She is a 2003 graduate of Waterloo High School, and a 2008 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. She is employed as a sales representative for eBioscience covering Illinois and Missouri.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of John and Barb Betz of Pacific, Mo. He is a 2003 graduate of St. Francis Borgia in Washington, Mo., a 2008 graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis with a Master of Business Administration. He is employed as a project engineer with Ameren Missouri.

The couple are planning a July 13, 2013, wedding.
