Caleb and Sarah Lutz announce the birth of their son, Owen Arthur Lutz.

He was born at 4:54 p.m. Oct. 31, 2014. He weighed 8 pounds, 22 inches and was 22 inches long.

He was welcomed to the world by big sister Sydney Lutz, 4.

His grandparents are Connie and Charlie Lutz of Waterloo, Sue and Donny Goetten of Carrollton, Donny and Susan Buchanan of Carrollton.

Great-grandparents are Mary-Kay Schmidt of Waterloo, Minnie Buchanan of Carrollton, Wilma Kitsmiller of Carrollton.
