Blattner-Burris

Ashley Blattner and Raymond “Terry” Burris were married Dec. 29, 2012, at St. Jerome Catholic church in Troy, Father Pat Jakel officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Jahne Kae Blattner of Waterloo, and the granddaughter of Dwayne and Theresa Rogers of Madison and Robert Blattner of Waterloo, and the late Erma Blattner. The groom is the son of Ed and Betty Burris of Troy, and the grandson of William and Betty Bulva of Madison, and the late Raymond and Marie Burris.

The maid of honor was Stephanie Berg. Bridesmaids were Megan Burris, Loree Burns, Kaylyn Topal and Lisa Sloan. Hayley Zukas was the junior bridesmaid. Carleigh Topal as the flower girl.

The best man was Brian Munie. Groomsmen were Zach Perry, Casey Ellis, John Hopkins and Jon Woodward. Xavier Skees was the junior groomsman. Brayden Topal was the ring bearer.

Guests were seated by Bryan Topal and Tyler Bulva.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Gibault Catholic High School in Waterloo. She is currently attending St. Louis College of Pharmacy and will graduate in May 2014 with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She is currently a pharmacy technician at Walmart Pharmacy.

The groom is a 2008 graduate of Triad High School in Troy, and a 2010 graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He is a chemist at Champion Technologies.

The couple reside in Columbia.
