Vehicle fire on Route 3 in Columbia

Republic-Times- March 26, 2022

The Columbia Fire Department responded at 3 p.m. Saturday to a vehicle fire on Route 3 southbound at Veterans Parkway.

Upon firefighter arrival, it was a fully involved engine compartment fire. All occupants of the vehicle exited safely.

Traffic was briefly diverted away from the area as the fire department worked to extinguish the blaze.
