Non-injury crash south of Waterloo

A single vehicle crash occurred about 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Route 3 at KK Road south of Waterloo.

Initial reports are the driver of a black Dodge Caliber traveling south on Route 3 swerved to avoid a deer crossing the highway, lost control and crossed the intersection of KK Road before sliding into a field on the southeast corner. The male driver was not injured in the crash.

The Waterloo Fire Department and Monroe County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene of the accident.
