The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Waterloo High School volleyball player Jessie Seidel. The senior libero ranked among tops in the St. Louis area with 562 digs this season for the Bulldogs and also had 150 service points. Seidel earned Mississippi Valley Conference first team all-conference honors this season and signed a letter of intent last week to  play volleyball for Lindenwood University upon her graduation this spring.
