Injury crash involving motorcycle, deer

Two people were injured in an early Monday morning crash involving a motorcycle and a deer on Kaskaskia Road south of Waterloo.
Police said a 2011 Harley-Davidson driven by Charles E. Lafore, 50, of Prairie du Rocher, was traveling on Kaskaskia Road just south of MM Road shortly after 12:35 a.m. Monday when it struck two deer in the roadway. Lafore and his passenger on the motorcycle, Tami Wilson, 45, of Prairie du Rocher, were both transported by ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
