Police are working to clear a non-injury crash on Route 3 at Old Red Bud Road south of Waterloo. A Toyota Corolla with Missouri plates driven by a younger male struck a rear trailer tire of a Beelman hauling truck that was stopping to turn. The crash occurred around 8:15 a.m. Tuesday.
