The Columbia Hurricanes are this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week.

Under the leadership of head coach Bart Jones, the Hurricanes swim team won the Kaskaskia Conference championship on Saturday in Sparta with 2,137 points, which was well ahead of second-place Sparta Country Club.
