Kelly Bretwisch of Naperville, formerly of Channahon, and Jesse Anderson, formerly of Mt. Sterling and Naperville and currently of St. Louis, have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Kimberly Bretwisch of Waterloo, formerly of Channahon. She is a graduate of Minooka High School and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a bachelor of science in chemistry. She is employed as a high school chemistry teacher and will relocate to St. Louis after her marriage.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Gary and Carol Anderson. He is a graduate of Brown County High School in Mt. Sterling and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a bachelor of science in business administration. He is employed as an account manager with Grainger.

The couple are planning a June 27, 2015, wedding at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Waterloo.

A reception will follow at Turner Hall, Columbia.
