Brush fire north of Columbia

The Columbia, Millstadt and Prairie du Pont fire departments responded shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday to a brush fire on Spring Valley Farm Lane between Dupo and Millstadt.

Columbia firefighters were still at the scene of a farm fire on Hanover Road at the time this call came out.

A firefighter sustained a possible broken nose during the Spring Valley Farm Lane incident.
