Columbia Police

June 26
Thomas C. Adams, 23, of Granite City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and driving while licensed suspended.

Dorothy S. Burgess, 57, of Granite City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant on Admiral Parkway.

June 29
Kristin A. Moskop, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, and operating a vehicle with suspended registration on Admiral Parkway.

Joseph J. Granger, 37, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of cannabis and driving while license revoked. Shortly after 3 p.m., Columbia and Dupo police were called to assist with a hit-and-run in South St. Louis County that resulted in a vehicle fleeing into Illinois across the J.B. Bridge. Police located the abandoned suspect vehicle on I-255, which came back as stolen from Eureka, Mo. A Dupo officer then located Granger walking on Old State Route 3 at Imbs Station Road.

June 30
Lashea Harrington, 26, of Florida, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monroe County Sheriff

June 25
A 2009 Harley-Davidson driven by Sean Lloyd of Waterloo struck a deer in the roadway on LL Road just east of Hemenway Drive around 8:45 p.m. Lloyd refused medical treatment at the scene.

Michelle Meyer of Waterloo was arrested on multiple instate warrants on Kaskaskia Road south of G Road.

Pete M. Goodman, 39, of Waterloo, was arrested on two counts of reckless conduct and one count of resisting arrest following an incident at Route 3 Bar and Grill, 6180 State Route 3. Court information alleges that Goodman endangered the safety of Ryan Lloyd in that he drove his 2006 Dodge Dakota toward Lloyd, nearly striking him.

The theft of a zero turn mower, camera, tools and cash from a property in the area of 3100 State Route 156 is under investigation.

June 26
The theft of a generator, two trimmers and a chainsaw from an unlocked shed in the area of 5300 J Road is under investigation.

June 27
A two-car crash occurred around 12:50 p.m. on Veterans Parkway just west of Admiral Parkway in Columbia. A 2003 Ford Escape driven by Amonda S. Landfried of Columbia turned onto Veterans Parkway and struck the rear of a 2009 Volkswagon driven by Lisa L. Mulroney of Columbia, which was stopped in traffic. Mulroney was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis for treatment of injuries.

June 25
Darla A. Stumpf, 41, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart.

June 26
Kelly Hoffmann, 29, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for wrangling in public at Fourth Street Bar.

June 27
Margaret M. Smith, 29, of East St. Louis, was arrested for DUI and speeding on Route 3 at Hanover Road.
