Columbia Police

March 8

Khanh T. Nguyen Jr. of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Denny L. Edwards, 40, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant and for no insurance, improper use of turn signal and expired registration sticker on North Main Street.

March 9

Candace M. Zimmer, 25, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI (drugs), illegal transportation of alcohol, failure to signal, no insurance, expired registration and on an in-state warrant on Columbia Lakes Drive at Old State Route 3.

Illinois State Police

March 11

Millstadt fire personnel and EMS assisted police at the scene of a single-car crash on Route 158 between Triple Lakes Road and Douglas Road around 7:50 p.m. One female was reported injured. No other information was available.

Monroe County Sheriff

March 6

Shawn P. Buckley, 30, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery and criminal damage to property on East Back Street in Hecker.

Nikki Mund, 28, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Hecker Street at North Market Street.

March 9

A theft at 828 Gall Road is under investigation. Forced entry was gained by busting through a door, and two other doors were damaged. Taken were three solid oak end tables valued at $200 each, and a solid oak coffee table valued at $300.

Waterloo Police

March 7

Michael Liska, 22, of St. Louis, and Zachary Copeland, 31, of Fulton, Mo., were issued city ordinance violations for soliciting without a permit at 700 S. Library Street. They were selling meat out of a van.

March 8

Keith Ruger, 30, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery at 217 Oak Street.

Wyatt Dugan, 18, of Red Bud, was cited for unlawful possession of alcohol on Route 3 at Illinois Avenue.
