Wednesday crash north of Hecker

Republic-Times- February 25, 2026

Emergency personnel responded shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday to a single vehicle rollover crash at 5953 State Route 159 just north of Hecker in rural St. Clair County.

Per Illinois State Police, no injuries were reported in the crash.

Assisting ISP with this crash were MedStar EMS and the Smithton Fire Department.
