Waterloo High School Boys Cross Country | Team of the Week

Pictured is the 2017 Waterloo High School boys cross country team.

The Republic-Times Team of the Week is the Waterloo High School boys cross country team coached by Larry Huffman.

The Bulldogs won the team title at Saturday’s Freeburg Invitational by 58 points over second place Triad. Jackson McAlister, Adam Robson and Eli Ward placed third, fourth and fifth overall, respectively.

“They did an awesome job working together as a team and moving up throughout the race,” Huffman said.

Also medaling at the invite were Cayden Kirkham and David Lunk.
