Valmeyer High School Volleyball | Team of the Week

The Valmeyer High School volleyball team is this week’s Republic-Times Team of the Week. The Pirates (21-15) won matches over Steeleville and Thompsonville last week to claim the Class 1A Valmeyer Regional championship and advance to the Crab Orchard Sectional in Marion.

They opened sectional play with a win against Cobden on Tuesday night before falling to Norris City in the sectional final on Thursday in two sets.
