Emergency personnel responded about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to a crash involving a work van on Market Street near Plaza Drive in Waterloo.

The van came to rest in the ditch and was partially blocking one lane of traffic on Market Street. That portion of roadway was closed for more than an hour to clear the crash scene.

There was no immediate word on the extent of possible injuries.
