Saturday fire near Red Bud

The Red Bud Fire Department responded shortly before 2 p.m. Saturday to an out-of-control outdoor burning that had spread to a residence in the 10000 block of Burgdorf Road east of Red Bud in Randolph County.

There was no immediate word on the extent of damage in this incident.
