Columbia Fire Department and EMS personnel responded about 4 p.m. Wednesday to a two-vehicle rollover crash in the 2200 block of Imbs Station Road in rural St. Clair County.

The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department said a 2004 Buick Rendezvous driven by William D. Kemp, 49, of Belleville, was eastbound on Imbs Station Road and had just passed a 2017 Kia Forte driven by Christopher J. Kelso, 55, of Smyrna, Tenn., when the Kia swerved and clipped the back corner of the Buick, causing it to leave the roadway and overturn.

Kemp was transported by Columbia EMS to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries; Kelso was not injured.
