Columbia Police

July 17
Justin M. Jennings, 24, of Columbia, was arrested on a warrant and for driving while suspended, speeding and no insurance on South Main Street at Route 3.

Beth C. Crosley, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, disobeying a stop sign and failing to signal on Bluff Road at Sand Bank Road.

July 18
Seven were arrested for underage drinking at 2603 Columbia Lakes Drive, Apt. 3A. John W. Thomas, 20, Rebecca A. Bosch, 18, and Alexander G. Wilcox, 20, of St. Louis; Dakota J. Grisham, 20, Benjamin D. Peterson, 20, and Kelsey E. Sconce, 20, of Imperial, Mo.; and Allison M. Angelbeck, 19, of High Ridge, Mo., were each charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol.

July 19
Jason A. Haley, 32, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper driving on the shoulder on Quarry Road at Gedern.

July 21
Benjamin R. Ingram, 24, of East Carondelet, was arrested for DUI on Veterans Parkway at Columbia Centre.

Monroe County Sheriff

July 15
Alan Mosely was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

July 17
Nicole Holley, 27, of Sparta, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Route 3 northbound near Sunset Ford in Waterloo.

Nicole J. Freiner, 28, of Desoto, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant and for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine near 1410 DD Road near the levee around 1:50 a.m.

July 21
Ashley D. Steibel, 18, of Columbia, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Bluff Road just south of Kidd Lake Road in Fults.

Waterloo Police

July 19
Jacob Brumfield, 20, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident on Parkwood Drive at Rosewood Lane.

July 21
Cynthia A. Hausmann, 44, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery at 308 Grand Avenue. She was also charged with felony criminal damage to property after allegedly damaging a Fender guitar in the incident.

Robert R. Laub, 23, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested for felony retail theft and theft of lost or mislaid property at Walmart. A Panasonic home theater system and two cell phone chargers were among the items allegedly stolen.
