Columbia Police

May 8
Thomas W. Buckley, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for no insurance and expired registration sticker on Admiral Parkway southbound at Southwoods Center.

John D. Carner, 34, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, no valid registration, no insurance and improper use of registration at 204 S. Main Street.

May 9
Matthew B. Pashia, 25, of DeSoto, Mo., was arrested on a felony warrant out of Missouri on Admiral Parkway north-bound at Bottom Avenue.

May 11
Kyle T. Baker, 24, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of alcohol at 612 Eckert Lane.

May 12
Dennis G. Pretto, 27, of Columbia, was arrested on an in- state warrant and for possession of a hypodermic syringe, no valid license and expired registration on Route 3 at Gilmore Lake Road.

May 13
Joseph D. Silva, 21, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis, resisting a police officer, obstructing justice and criminal damage to property at 345 Bradington Drive.

Jennifer L. Eynon, 37, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 203 Kenrick Drive.

Jeremy P. Samstad, 31, of St. Louis, was charged with felony theft and deceptive practice following an April 4 incident at George Weber Chevrolet in which he allegedly presented a check for $15,985 to purchase a 2006 Ford Mustang, knowing it would not be paid by the depositor.

Police were looking for a subject who allegedly walked out on a $160 tab at Reifschneider’s Grill & Grape around 2:30 p.m.

Illinois State Police

May 14
Police and emergency responders were unable to locate a man who apparently ran from the scene after crashing his silver Chevrolet Cavalier with Missouri plates into a concrete sidewall on I-255 westbound near the J.B. Bridge around 10 p.m. One witness said it appeared the man had jumped onto the levee to the north of I-255 near East Carondelet, but a search of the area was unsuccessful.

May 6
Donald Inskeep of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 7
Kurt Blaes of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

May 9
Norman Cotton of Fairview Heights was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Kimberly L. Tucker, 23, of Waterloo, was charged with unlawful use of debit card without cardholder consent following a March 6 incident.

Katrina N. Nagel, 18, of Red Bud, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (dextropropoxyphene) following an April 9 incident.

May 10
Robert A. Totra of Waterloo was arrested on a felony warrant for burglary.

William McDaniel of Waterloo was arrested on Monroe and St. Clair County warrants.

May 9
Lou Miller II, 51, Laramie L. Bahr, 45, and Teresa J. Witt, 42, all of Waterloo, were issued city ordinance violations for public fighting at Main Street Saloon around 3 p.m.

May 11
Lucas M. Hoffmann, 26, and Rejona L. Knobloch, 45, both of Waterloo, were arrested for domestic battery at 104 Westview Plaza Drive.

May 12
Steven Marshall, 28, of Millstadt, was cited for disorderly conduct for urinating off a porch in public view at 101 Westview Place shortly after 12:45 p.m.

Norman L. Price, 56, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol while riding a Craftsman lawn mower on Illinois Avenue shortly before 3 p.m.
