Columbia Police

April 24
Terrance Pearson, 26, and Nicole D. Nickles, 25, both of St. Louis, were each arrested on Monroe County warrants for retail theft at 1200 Admiral Weinel Boulevard. Pearson was also arrested for no insurance, speeding and driving while revoked.

April 25
Tracey L. Campbell, 44, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, no insurance and no rear registration light on West Park Drive at Meadow Lane.

April 27
Michael H. Baird, 40, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, failure to signal, no rear registration plate light and expired registration on I-255 at milepost 5.4.

Monroe County Sheriff

April 22
Dylan Duncan was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

April 25
The unusual report of a man on Levee Road seen eating a sandwich outside of his light blue sedan wearing only underwear around 5:30 p.m. was unfounded.

April 26
Amy Polka of Waterloo was arrested on an in-state warrant.

Valmeyer Police

April 20
John M. Sabo, 40, of Valmeyer, was arrested for possession of cannabis on Bluff Road near Main Street.

Waterloo Police

April 17
Crystal E. Bland, 28, of Waterloo, was arrested for retail theft at the Circle K gas station after allegedly taking two five-hour energy drinks.

April 19
Ashley L. Schmitt, 22, of Aviston, and Cole J. Stevenson, 27, of Millstadt, were each arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) following a traffic stop on South Market Street at Bulldog Boulevard. Schmitt was also arrested for no insurance and speeding.

April 22
Brandee Boyer, 22, of Carthage, Ind., was arrested for retail theft at Walmart.

April 24
William E. Wentworth, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and failure to yield following a crash on Park Street at Lakeview Drive. No injuries were reported.

Stacy L. Meyer of Waterloo was issued a city ordinance violation for dog at large at 120 Madison Drive.

April 25
Benjamin M. Rongey of Waterloo was issued a city ordinance violation for dog at large at 400 Grand Avenue.

April 26
Gary Case, 54, of Kirkwood, Mo., was arrested for unlawful use of weapon and possession of cannabis.

April 28
Bryan C. Taylor, 37, of Waterloo, was cited for disorderly conduct at 290 E. Mill Street.

April 29
Jessica Lancaster, 19, of Waterloo, was arrested for battery on Hartman Lane.

David F. Schmidt, 43, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol on Illinois Avenue at Grand Avenue.
