Columbia Police

Dec. 18 – Spencer K. Shaw, 20, of Columbia, was arrested for
felony possession of cannabis (more than 500 but less than 2,000
grams), unlawful delivery of cannabis and possession of drug
paraphernalia at 218 Veterans Parkway. Also arrested was Hayley
K. Krauss, 19, of Columbia, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dec. 20 – A 17-year-old was arrested for theft at Sonic, 1200
Admiral Weinel Boulevard.

Dec. 21 – Tyler P. Huffman of Columbia was arrested for possession
of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia at
Meadow Ridge Park.

Dec. 21 – Kendra Lee Stumpf, 22, of Columbia, was arrested for
domestic battery in the 100 block of Meadow Lane.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 16 – A report of criminal damage to property on South
Fork Road is under investigation. The brake lines were cut on a
truck parked outside the home.

Dec. 17 – William E. Loless, 39, of Waterloo, was transported
from Pike County, Mo., and arrested on a Monroe County warrant
for felony unlawful participation in methamphetamine production
and possession of meth precursors.

Dec. 17 – The report of four vehicles broken into with items
missing on the Midwest Auto Creations lot, 3968 State Route 3
near Red Bud, is under investigation. Stereos and a steering column
were among the items believed stolen.

St. Clair County Sheriff

Dec. 18 – Millstadt Fire Department and Millstadt EMS personnel
responded at about 2:30 p.m. to a two-vehicle, head-on collision
in the area of 5000 Floraville Road south of Freeburg-Douglas
Road. There were injuries reported but no other information was
immediately available.

Valmeyer Police

Dec. 17 – Jason M. McArthur, 26, of Fountain, was arrested for
felony unlawful presence in a school zone as a registered sex offender.
He posted bond and was released with a Jan. 15 court date.
Valmeyer Police Chief Tom Andres said the school reported that
McArthur was dropping off a student at the school and police responded.
McArthur never got out of his vehicle and at no time did
any of the students come into contact with him, the chief said.

Dec. 19 – Nicholas Ahrens, 45, of Valmeyer, was arrested on an
in-state warrant.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 11 – Misty Robinson, 36, of Collinsville, was arrested on
a fugitive from justice out-of-state warrant.

Dec. 15 – Lawrence Miller, 31, of Fairview Heights, was arrested
for felony retail theft at Walmart after he allegedly stole a
Sony PlayStation video game console, two flashlights and antifreeze.

Dec. 16 – Neil Loerch, 27, of Waterloo, was arrested on a felony
warrant out of Adams County for a drug charge.

Dec. 17 – Courtney Kish, 21, of Columbia, was arrested on
Route 3 at GG Road for unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Dec. 20 – Heather Chatterton, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested on
North Moore Street at Mill Street for possession of drug paraphernalia
and disobeying a stop sign.

Dec. 20 – Levi House, 23, of Waterloo, was arrested on a Monroe
County failure to appear warrant.

Dec. 20 – Joshua Cowsert, 20, of Waterloo, was arrested for
possession of cannabis and speeding on Route 3 at Columbia Avenue.

Dec. 21 – Kayla Clines, 25, of Columbia, was arrested on a
Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
