The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Valmeyer Lakers pitcher Philip Reinhardt. The southpaw has a record of 5-0 with a 2.28 ERA on the season. Reinhardt, who pitches collegiately for Maryville University, has 27 strikeouts in 27-plus innings this summer. He will start for the Monroe Division in the Mon-Clair All-Star Game on Wednesday night.
