The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Columbia High School soccer standout Jack Steckler. The senior led in scoring this season with 26 goals and seven assists for the Eagles (17-7-1), who won another Class 1A regional title. Steckler finished with 69 career varsity goals for the Eagles, including a team-high 31 goals last season.
