Gas leak in Waterloo

The Waterloo Fire Department was paged shortly before 5 p.m. Monday for a call of a gas line struck by a construction crew near the intersection of Paul Drive and Northern Circle.

Several homes were evacuated as the scene was evaluated.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
