Fall sports schedules posted
With this week’s 90-degree temperatures, it is hard to believe fall is right around the corner. But even closer is this year’s fall sports season, with contests beginning this week across the state.
The Republic-Times has posted all the local sports schedules for the fall season and will update them with scores and records daily as contests begin. To view your team’s respective schedule, click the school’s name in the drop down menu under the “Sports” heading on the website menu or simply type in “RepublicTimes.net/sports/(your school here)/” (i.e.: republictimes.net/sports/waterloo/). You may also click on your respective school below.
Under the latest school headlines you will find drop-down bars for each of the school’s fall sports. There, you can view the schedule and updated results. You can also print the schedule by clicking the printer icon in the right hand corner of the schedule. The R-T will also keep you updated all season-long on the school’s collaborative upcoming sporting events to the right of the latest news and schedule drop-downs on your team’s page.
As always, the latest scores will be posted on the R-T sports page in the top right hand corner from all the local contests. We will also post photos in our Media Store throughout the season for fans to view and purchase.
