The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Valmeyer High School basketball player Brooke Miller. The senior is off to a strong start to the season for the Pirates, who are 6-3. Miller is averaging 16.6 points, 12.8 rebounds, 4.25 steals and four blocks per game so far this winter.
