The Republic-Times Athlete of the Week is Columbia High School boys soccer goalkeeper Brady Hemminghaus. The junior was a key part of the Eagles’ success this season, logging 1,728 minutes and posting an 18-4-4 mark with 19 shutouts. Hemminghaus had a 0.65 goals against average and .911 save percentage. He made five saves in Friday’s 3-0 win over Peoria Christian in the IHSA Class 1A third place game.
