Police and EMS personnel are responding to the report of a two-vehicle crash on Route 3 near Kaskaskia Road south of Waterloo with possible injuries. One the vehicles was in the field but did not rollover, according to emergency radio dispatch. The call for service went out shortly before 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The crash appeared to be minor.
