Chimney fire near Millstadt

The Millstadt Fire Department responded about 10:45 a.m. Thursday to a chimney fire in the 8700 block of Concordia Church Road north of Millstadt.

Flames were observed outside of the structure upon arrival.

The Columbia Fire Department stood by at Millstadt’s engine house until the incident was reported to be under control.
