A main water pipe leak issue at Career Center of Southern Illinois (formerly Beck Area Career Center) near Hecker has resulted in school being closed for repairs at the facility on Monday and Tuesday.

The issue came about early Monday morning, CCSI Director Mark Stuart said. The spot of the leak is an outdoor location, Stuart said.

A false fire alarm at CCSI reported on Monday morning was unrelated to the water leak issue, Stuart added.
