R-T offers new online coupons, classifieds

The Republic-Times recently announced two new community resources available through its website, www.republictimes.net.

On March 1, an “RT-Savers” online coupon page was made available (republictimes.net/rt-savers). The coupons offer a new way to save and shop locally. Coupons can be clicked on, then printed and clipped for various specials.

Just last week, the new “RT-Classifieds Marketplace” was also unveiled on the site. This is a resource in which visitors can buy and sell goods locally. Think Craigslist, but safer, more convenient and right here in Monroe County. It’s free to browse and buy, with inexpensive and affordable classified subscription rates for merchants.

Merchants can subscribe to RT-Classifieds Marketplace for free for a limited time by visiting republictimes.net/classifieds. There, you can pick a subscription package by clicking the “Place Ad” button and registering an account.

The Republic-Times thanks the community for its support, and invites you to check out these two new community resources. Feel free to call the newspaper office at 939-3814 with any questions.
