March 30
Anthony James Reichwein, 19, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis on Route 3 at I-255 northbound.

March 25
Police are still looking for a white Chevy truck that drove away after rear-ending a vehicle driven by Samantha Kreitler of Arnold, Mo., on EE Road at Route 3 near the YMCA around 4:45 p.m. The truck was last seen heading east on EE Road following the incident. No medical transport was required.

March 26
The Sheriff’s Department received several reports from county residents over the past few days of unauthorized purchases made on their credit and debit card accounts in the wake of a computer security breach at the Waterloo Schnucks.

March 27
Cody Rhodes of Pevely, Mo., was transported from St. Clair County and arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

March 28
Ryan Keevan of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a petition to revoke probation.

St. Clair County Sheriff

March 25
Charles Winston Jr., 38, of rural Millstadt, was charged with felony child pornography following a call to the area of 7200 Wirth Road. A woman told police she was checking her boyfriend’s cell phone when she came across videos which appeared to be of a nude child in a bathroom in the process of putting on clothes. The cell phone appeared to have been placed underneath a bathroom door while recording, police said. Winston is currently on federal parole for drug violations.

March 29
Hecker Fire Department responders assisted EMS personnel with a female who apparently suffered a back injury following a fall from a horse in the area of 3412 Traderville Ranch Road near Buss Branch Road east of Waterloo around 3:20 p.m. No other information was available.

March 30 
Hecker Fire Department personnel joined Millstadt EMS in responding to a report of a battered female at Knotty Pines Tavern on Buss Branch Road in Paderborn in the early morning. No other information was available.

Waterloo Police

March 26
A juvenile was issued a city ordinance violation for public fighting at Waterloo High School.

March 30
No injuries were reported following an accident involving a Dodge Ram driven by Harry Reichert of Columbia and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Nicholas Shrum near the Schnucks parking lot shortly after noon.
