Columbia Police

Dec. 30
Mark C. Nichols, 18, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful consumption of alcohol at 602 N. Main Street. A 17-year-old was also cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol.

Norman D. Newton, 78, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI at 1121 Palmer Creek.

Dec. 31
Raymond B. Kohout, 58, of Ozark, Mo., was arrested for domestic battery at 712 N. Metter Avenue.

Kara N. Hencke, 22, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 1035 N. Briegel Street.

Jan. 1
Danielle E. Ticer, 36, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.

Jan. 3
Jeffrey Grant, 18, of Columbia was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis on Veterans Parkway. Also arrested was Duncan Kremmel, 18, of Columbia, for possession of cannabis.

Jan. 4
Ryan N. Limestall of Columbia was arrested for DUI in the 300 block of West Liberty Street.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 29
Chad E. Frierdich, 30, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI on Gilmore Lake Road south of EE Road.

Dec. 30
Donald Wagner, 31, of Hecker, was arrested for DUI and speeding on Route 156 near H Road.

Brett Lenhardt, 20, of Waterloo was arrested on a probation violation.

Dec. 31
Kurt Kellenberger of Chester was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Christopher J. Imre of St.  Louis was arrested on a petition to revoke court supervision in Monroe County.

Jan. 4
Kayla Bellm of Fairview Heights was arrested for obstructing identification and on a St. Clair County warrant.

Jan. 6
Seth Seymour, 20, and Ian Reitz, 20, both of Waterloo, were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Halifax Road at Route 3.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 30
Jayson Tidwell, 42, of Belleville, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 3 south of Park Street. Also arrested was Christopher Whittington, 43, of Cahokia, for possession of cannabis.

Jan. 1
Paul Horschmann, 35, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and no insurance on Route 3 at North Moore.
