Columbia Police

Dec. 14
Stefanie D. Gould (McClelland), 27, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for defective windshield and no insurance on S. Main at Jefferson.

Dec. 16
Mark G. Frierdich, 54, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI and improper operation of an off-highway vehicle (golf cart) on Palmer/Quarry Road at Ghent.

Michelle L. Litton, 29, of Columbia, was arrested on an in-state warrant, driving while suspended and improper use of registration at 1000 Columbia Centre Drive.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 15
A 17-year-old Waterloo male was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol (passenger) in the Walmart parking lot.

Valmeyer Police

Dec. 15
Scott Kennedy II of Valmeyer was cited for failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident after he apparently fell asleep while driving west on Woodland Ridge, causing his vehicle to go off the roadway and through a brick mailbox and then hit the side of a residence at 101 Megan Court around 1:15 a.m. No injuries were reported.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 13
Heather Schreder, 26, of Red Bud, was charged with retail
theft from Walmart. The incident occurred Nov. 12, during which a dress, melting pot and hairband were taken. Corine Inman, 19, of Valmeyer, was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance following a traffic stop.

Dec. 14
Raymond K. Groves, 47, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession
of a firearm without FOID and unlawful possession of ammunition at 22 Dwight Street.
