Columbia Police

Dec. 23
Adam S. Goessling, 19, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

Jonathan M. Truesdale, 32, of Millstadt, was arrested for DUI (drugs), resisting arrest, no insurance and driving in the wrong lane on Bluffside Road at East Cherry Street.

Timothy R. Ayers, 47, of St. Louis, was arrested on an in-state warrant on I-255 at the J.B. Bridge.

Dec. 26
Police are investigating a drug overdose in the 1600 block of Ghent Road. EMS treated the patient and transported the individual to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.

Dec. 27
A hit-and-run that occurred between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Ferkel Street north of Centerville Road is under investigation. A parked 2002 Dodge Ram received rear-end damage. Police believe the suspect’s car is a gray Chevy Cruse.

Police and EMS were called to Southport Drive after a female was believed to be suffering from an overdose of unknown pills around 10:15 p.m. The patient was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 21
Zachery Ruesler, 23, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no insurance, following too closely, disobeying a stop sign and driving while suspended on Moore Street near Park Street. Waterloo police also charged him with domestic battery following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of West Fourth Street.

Dec. 22
Michael D. Davis, 38, of Fults, was arrested for DUI and speeding (96 in a 55 mph zone) on Maeystown Road near KK Road.

Criminal damage was reported to a vacant home on Coach Stop Road. An upstairs window was broken, and a basement door was damaged.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 21
Hardy B. Hammonds, 28, of Waterloo, was charged with unlawful possession of a converted vehicle after allegedly taking possession of a 1999 Plymouth Voyager in the 300 block of West Third Street without the permission of its owner, who he knew.

Dec. 22
Joshua Gass, 33, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no rear registration light, no insurance, and driving while revoked at 207 Bradford Lane.

Bailey Langhorst, 20, of Fults, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Route 3 at Marketplace.

Dec. 23
Bradley P. Lane, 22, of Waterloo, was arrested for felony attempted unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance (hydrocodone) at the Schnucks pharmacy.
