Columbia Police
Nov. 24
Daniel P. Feeney, 52, of St. Louis, was arrested for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage in the 1000 block of North Main Street.
Rachael Ann Brooks, 24, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested for DUI, driving in the wrong lane, speeding and fleeing/eluding police on Gall Road at Norman Drive.
Nov. 25
A 16-year-old was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol at Bolm-Schuhkraft Park, 1200 Evergreen Drive.
Nov. 26
Andrew C. Schoenhoff, 23, of Columbia, was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on the shoulder.

Monroe County Sheriff
Nov. 22
Emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 3 at Hanover Road shortly after 6 p.m. Police said a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Mike Luhr, 64, of Columbia, was turning left onto northbound Route 3 from Hanover Road when his truck was struck from behind by a 2015 Chevy Camaro driven by Donald Chausse, 45, of Red Bud, which was traveling south on Route 3. Chausse was transported by ambulance to St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County for treatment of minor injuries.
Nathan J. Graf, 26, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Nov. 23
Charges are pending against two Monroe County men for possession of methamphetamine and possession/manufacturing of cannabis with intent to deliver (more than 30 but less than 500 grams) following an arrest in the area of Crook Road at Route 3.
Nov. 24
Brandon Hodge, 31, of Cahokia, was arrested on a warrant issued for failing to report to his probation officer.
Nov. 25
Taylor Lloyd, 19, of Waterloo, was cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol on Route 156.
Nov. 26
Columbia fire and EMS responded along with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Bluff Road at Sandalwood Drive just south of Columbia about 10:40 p.m. The male driver sustained minor cuts and scrapes, but no other injuries were reported.
Nov. 27
The report of a possible domestic battery on Old Red Bud Road is under investigation.

Waterloo Police
Nov. 2
Vincent Costello, 31, of St. Peters, Mo., was issued a city ordinance violation for illegal commercial dumping.
Nov. 23
Eric Wetzel, 37, of Waterloo, was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol in the 300 block of West Mill Street.
Kimmie Acree, 48, of Marion, was arrested on a Randolph County warrant for harassment by electronic communication.
Nov. 25
A fight reported about 11:35 p.m. outside of Fourth Street Bar, 301 S. Moore Street, is under investigation.
Nov. 27
The report of a stolen vehicle from a residence on Fourth Street is under investigation. The incident was first called in as a reckless driving complaint on Route 3 south of Waterloo shortly before 2:30 a.m. The vehicle was later found near a residence on S Road with a door open.
